Downloading from Google Photos error

I regularly back up my photos using google photos. All of a sudden I get a network error every time I try to download more than one picture at a time. I've tried downloading other things and it works fine. I tried clearing the cache, I tried changing the destination folder. I've restarted and tried from other browsers. Im using a Windows 10 home computer.

Any ideas?
